Artist's Statement: There are moments in life when time stands still. I believe every meaningful creation begins with moments like this. They are worth remembering. Sometimes that moment asks to become a photograph; sometimes a drawing or a painting or a wood-burned piece or something unexpected. Every piece I create is an invitation to slow down, notice the beauty and preserve the stories that time cannot hold on its own.

Artist's Bio: I grew up in Ute, Iowa with my twin sister, Chanelle. My father was the one who encouraged my creative side and I couldn't be more thankful for that. I went to college in Sioux City at Briar Cliff. Graduated with a bachelor's in art. I fell in love with art even more and it began to mean deeper. Art has helped me through ups and downs in my life. Now I can help others in theirs. I have devoted most of my artwork for commissions. I feel I can make more of a personal connection with people better than if I simply mass produced things. This is why I work in many different mediums. I want my collectors to feel an unique connection to their art. Mediums speak differently to each person. I have goals to build my business and to reach out to more people. My sister and I work together on many different projects. She adds words to my art and it balances out beautifully. I cant wait to meet new faces and new conversations with new inspiration.
